Universal Ovens
MEMMERT started the company in 1933, is a manufacturer of High Quality universial ovens, incubators, B.O.D. Cooled Incubators, constant temperature baths, sterilisers, etc. Since 1994 all areas of MEMMERT have obtained certification to ISO 9001.
MEMMERT ovens are classified into 3 classes & 2 air circulation modes:
Class B - Basic (For standard applications at an economy price)
Class E - Excellent (For more sophisticated applications)
Class P - Prefect (Perfect performance for thermal processes)
N Mode - Natural air circulation (convection)
F Mode - Forced air circulation (fan)

Features for Class B Ovens:
- Manually adjustable fresh air supply via pre-heating chamber
- Electronic PID-controller
- Temperature range 30°C up to 220°C
- Integral digital timer from 1 min. to 99 h 59 min
- LED display of setpoint and actual temperature as well as remaining process time
- Double overtemperature protection - extra relay following the setpoint and mechanical temperature limiter TB class 1
Features for Class E Ovens:
- Manually adjustable fresh air supply via pre-heating chamber
- Fan speed control in 10% steps (UF)
- Fuzzy-supported PID microprocessor controller
- 2 PT 100 sensors Class A
- Temperature range from 30°C up to 250°C, option of 300°C against extra charge
- 7-day-programme timer with real time clock
- Integral programme timer for one profile with 4 segments, each 1 min. up to 999 hours
- Long-term documentation of all relevant data via ring store 1024 kB
- Serial interface RS232 with MEMMERT software "Celsius 2005" for programming and documentation
- Works calibration certificate at 160°C
- Triple overtemperature protection - extra relay following the setpoint, electronic overtemperature controller TWW protection class 3.1 and mechanical temperature limiter TB class 1
- Adaption of effective heating power depending on setpoint
- IQ/OQ check list for validation by customer (Optional)
Features for Class P Ovens:
- Adjustment of pre-heated fresh air by air flap control in 10% steps
- Fan speed control in 10% steps (UF)
- Adaptive, fuzzy supported multifunctional microprocessor PID-controller
- 2 PT 100 sensors Class A
- Temperature range from 30°C up to 250°C, option of 300°C against extra charge
- Dynamic Uniformity Control (DUC) for optimisation of temperature distribution
- 7-day-programme timer with real time clock
- Integral programme timer for 40 variable ramps, each 1 min. up to 999 hours
- Long-term documentation of all relevant data via ring store 1024 kB
- Serial interface RS232 or RS485 with MEMMERT software "Celsius 2005" or programming and documentation
- Parallel printer interface
- MEMory Card with 32 kB
- Works calibration certificate for 160°C
- Multiple overtemperature protection with audible and visual alarm - Automatic Safety Function (ASF) for over- and under-temperature following the setpoint at a preset tolerance range, electronic overtemperature controller TWW protection class 3.1 and mechanical temperature limiter TB class 1
- Adaption of effective heating power depending on setpoint
- Visualisation of operation sequence with additional selection of language via set-up for alphanumeric display
- IQ/OQ check lists for validation by customer (Optional)
- "User-ID-Card" an oven-linked authorisation card to prevent manipulation through 3rd parties (Optional)
